Why Does the Endeavour PTSA Raise Funds?

The Endeavour PTSA is an independent, non-profit organization with a mission to create and support enrichment programs that enhance students’ ability to reach their full potential while receiving a well-rounded education.  Only a small portion of the PTSA's income comes from membership dues, and these funds are used primarily for administrative expenses.  To provide school enrichment opportunities and support our students when programs are not provided with public funds, WE NEED TO RAISE MONEY. In order to raise funds, the PTSA conducts a primary fundraiser in the fall and provides additional fundraising opportunities throughout the year.

Where is the PTSA money spent?

During the 2019-2020 School year, the Endeavour PTSA funded $107,000 in campus enrichment, classroom support, events, programs, scholarships and services to benefit our students. Without PTSA financial support, our school would look and feel very different.  Programs like classroom art instruction (Discover Art), literacy support, math buddies, Science to Go, teacher grants and recess support would not exist without PTSA fundraising.   For a full list of the programs, events and classroom enrichment the PTSA supports at Endeavour Elementary.

What Fundraisers Will We Have this Year?

Based on community feedback, Endeavour PTSA’s primary fundraiser takes place in October with the Fall Jagathon.  We also sell Spiritwear, and receive a portion of profits through Yubbler School Supplies program, Book Fair, vendor pop-up shops and Amazon Smile.  Every bit helps and all donations make a big impact for our children.
